David is the founder of Omni Genesis. He trained as a structured-finance lawyer at Allen & Overy in London with a Tokyo secondment, working on corporate, M&A, and international arbitration matters. He then practised structured finance and derivatives at Linklaters Tokyo, on the desk that anchors Linklaters' Band 1 Japan capital-markets practice.
In 2022 he founded Nostra Finance, a DeFi credit protocol, and led the company as Founder & CEO and subsequently Founder & Chairman through multiple chain deployments.
David is an active angel investor in financial-markets infrastructure and digital-asset venues. Omni Genesis is the synthesis of that career arc — institutional structured-finance fluency from the BigLaw Tokyo desks, paired with operating experience building regulated capital-markets products on chain — applied to Thailand's investment-token regime, which was designed for a hundred issuers a year and currently has none.
Omni Genesis is in formation. Senior advisors and board members from Thai capital markets, structured finance, and the digital-asset regulatory community will be named at launch.
