For years the island's best land went to whoever moved first, not whoever developed best. We exist to change that.

We are young, and we use it: faster and more demanding of our partners and ourselves. Behind the design sits underwriting, programme control and a refusal to start what we can't finish well.

Every project starts with the land: its light, slope and limits. Design serves the site, not the other way round.

Founder & Principal

David founded AYŪ Group to develop Koh Samui's best sites under one roof. He leads every project end to end: origination and land, the deal and its underwriting, design direction with our studio partners, and delivery through to sale.

Today AYŪ Group runs lean and hands-on by design. One principal is accountable for every decision, every number and every site, with no layers between a partner and the person responsible for the outcome.
